для того чтобы научиться быть в этом новом мире
мне нужно выучить язык -
выстроить связь между старыми словами,
которыми все продолжают пользоваться по привычке,
и вещами, которые я вижу.
Видео создано из 3d-сканов бытовых случайных объектов в общежитии. Мелодия из песни, которую все учили на уроках английского "A-b-c-d-e-f-g..." для того, чтобы запомнить алфавит - ломается и рассыпается, и голос электронной няни из обучающих роликов на youtube, которые включают детям для изучения слов, убаюкивает, как скрипящая жестяная колыбель опустевшего и тревожного мира, в котором мы - уже взрослые, но, как дети, все сильнее пугаемся и не знаем, что делать дальше. Нам нужно изучать окружающую реальность заново и вспоми-нать простые связи между словами, выученными давно, ставшими уже монотонным шумом повседневности, и вещами, которые мы видим вокруг - но вдруг больше не узнаем.

The video was created from 3D scans of random everyday objects in a dorm. The melody from the song that everyone learned in English lessons "A-b-c-d-e-f-g..." in order to remember the alphabet breaks and crumbles, and the voice of the electronic nanny from educational videos on YouTube, which are played for children to learn words, lulls you to sleep like a creaking tin cradle an empty and alarming world in which we are already adults, but, like children, we are increasingly frightened and do not know what to do next. We need to study the surrounding reality anew and remember simple connections between words learned long ago, which have already become the monotonous noise of everyday life, and the things that we see around us - but suddenly we no longer recognize.
